Who I Am and How I Can Help You

 

I’m Valeria Aloe, and I’ve walked this path myself both in my native Argentina and in the U.S. I’m the first in my family to graduate from college and to pursue a corporate career that spanned two decades in global corporations across seven countries.

Feeling I did not fully belong to those spaces and sacrificing myself to succeed, I experienced the same exhaustion, uncertainty, and self-doubt so many in our community face.

But I also discovered how to break through these barriers, and I dedicated myself to helping our community rise above obstacles and rebel against ancestral mindsets that try to hold us back. Through my initiative, Rising Together Movement, and my books, I’ve empowered thousands to reclaim their confidence and thrive.
